Parents’ Evening

Every Monday, parents are invited into school to see their child’s class teacher for ‘Parents’ Pop-in’. This gives parents a chance to raise any concerns, keep teachers informed of events outside of school or simply look through their child’s work as they wish. In addition to this, two formal Parents’ Evenings are held per academic year.

In October, this initial meeting gives both parties a chance to meet and ensure that each child has settled in to their new class. By March, a more in-depth discussion of children’s progress and attainment can be held.

A senior member of staff is always on duty from 8:30am at the Children's Entrance. If, however, parents wish to speak to their child’s teacher, or the Head Teacher, at any other time during the year, appointments can be made.
